All about rights

All images on this site are protected artworks and under current copyright law.
The imagery found on this site can be used for layout and internal presentation
only. All uses and publications in printed, digital or other visual formats need
prior clearance and licensing through plainpicture. Licensing fees apply to all
uses and publications. Images can only be used with according credit line (plainpicture/photographer name). Two samples of printed material are
requested upon publication of any image.

Rights managed imagery
Licensing rights managed imagery means licensing rights for a particular use
and individual publication. The license fee depends on different factors such as
media, format, print run, placement, territory, language and period of use.
A license/invoice will be issued according to the requested rights, allowing the individual one-time use of a particular rights managed image. Rights managed
images can also be licensed exclusively for an industry or territory. This way
you can avoid clashes or overlapping uses within the same industry or territory.

Royalty free images
Licensing a royalty free image enables you to use an image for all needs with
a single purchase, not depending on media, format, print run, placement or
other publication factors.
A one-time licensing fee will be charged according to the requested file size
of an image.

Model Release
plainpicture images are model released. You can find the model and property release status online in the preview window of each image by clicking on the image once.
